Pas besoin de partenaire, ni de savoir danser pour s’y aventurer : venez avec votre axe, vos équilibres et déséquilibres !

Le Tango-Contact est une invitation à partager une promenade en connexion à soi, à l’autre, et à l’environnement.
C’est un mélange subtil né de la fusion du tango argentin, et de la danse contact-impro.
Dans un corps détendu et disponible, goûtez la délicatesse d’un transfert d’appuis, le plais de la connexion et ... laissez-vous surprendre !
Dans un esprit d’exploration et de jeu, le tango-contact est aussi une danse sociale d’improvisation fine et accessible, qui se pratique pendant le Bal/Jam.

࿐ QUI PEUT DANSER LE TANGO-CONTACT ?

Et bien TOUT LE MONDE !
Pendant chaque stage, nous déroulerons les bases et du tango, et du contact-impro. Grâce à ces explorations, vous pourrez danser toute la soirée :
-comment je joue avec la musique, avec l’inertie et la gravité,
-comment je dépose mon poids, mon volume, mes appuis,
-comment je peux céder, résister, et inventer de nouvelles façons de me relier;
-et aussi comment je propose, je reçois, interprète et module, comment je rebondis, je vole, je me connecte, … et me déconnecte : let’s Play Tango !

࿐ DE QUOI AI-JE BESOIN POUR PARTICIPER ?

Mon envie de jouer, ma curiosité, et mon ouverture (dans le respect de mes limites du moment !).
Pendant le stage, nous dansons pieds nus ou en chaussons souples/chaussettes, une tenue confortable est recommandée.
Chaque stage est suivi d'une soirée Bal/Jam : la MéLONGA.
L'occasion de s'amuser avec ce que vous aurez appris pendant le stage !

L'INTERVENANTE :

• Nathalie Mann est pédagogue, danseuse et voyageuse à plein temps entre les danses d'improvisation (tango, contact-impro et tango-contact) et la musique. Éducatrice somatique formée aux principes du Body Mind Centering®, elle propose des ateliers ludiques sous forme d’explorations sensibles : plonger dans un état de présence où l’intelligence corporelle est sollicitée pour s’organiser avec CONFORT et FLUIDITÉ ...

  After the workshop, we share a little meal, with what participants bring.

No need to have a partner, nor to know how to dance to participate: just come with your axis, your balance and imbalance!

Tango-Contact is an invitation to share a walk in connection with oneself, the other, and the environment.
It is a subtle blend born from the fusion of argentine tango, and contact-impro dance.
In a relaxed and available body, taste the delicacy of a transfer of weight, the delicacy of the connection and ... let yourself be surprised!
In a spirit of exploration and play, contact-tango is also a social dance of fine and accessible improvisation, which is practiced during the Bal/Jam.

࿐ I  WHO CAN DANCE CONTACT-TANGO?

Well, EVERYBODY!
During each workshop, we will unfold the basics of both tango and contact-impro. These explorations to be able to dance the whole evening:
how to play with the music, with inertia and gravity,
how to drop your volume, weight and supports into the floor,
how to give in, resist, and invent new ways of connecting;
and also how to propose, receive, interpret and modulate, how to bounce, fly, connect, ... and disconnect: let's Play Tango!

࿐  WHAT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?

Your desire to play, your curiosity, and your openness (within your current limits!).
During the workshop, we dance barefoot or in soft shoes/socks, comfortable clothing is recommended.
Each workshop is followed by a Ball/Jam evening:the MéLONGA.
An opportunity to enjoy what you have learned during the class !

YOUR TEACHER
Nathalie Mann is a teacher, dancer and full-time traveller between improvisation dances (tango, contact-impro and contact-tango).
She is a somatic educator trained in Body Mind Centering®, and offers playful workshops in the form of sensitive explorations: diving into a state of presence where the body's intelligence is called upon to organise itself with COMFORT and FLUIDITY...
